The ride sharing concept has completely changed the way people travel on the road and I am extremely thankful for disruptive technology such as Uber. Reason being they keep self entitled drivers in check and have the most reasonable fares especially in countries where mafias run the taxis. Also because I get to earn SPG Starpoints whenever I take them. ;)
And then there's UberEATS, which is similar to Uber, where people can order food through the app and have it delivered to them in minutes. They have partnerships with various restaurants island wide. I have tried UberEATS in New York when I was visiting and I absolutely loved how convenient it was. Then when it came to Singapore, I was beyond happy.
